Concerto is a client application for unified communications that are provided by various service providers. You need a subscription for using the application.
All the information you provide during the use of the application is sent to and processed by only the service provider; Deverto Ltd. does not receive or collect any information.
Please also consult the privacy policy of the service provider you have subscribed to.
Information you provide
Account Information
You have to provide your account information to log in to the service. You may optionally add other information, such as your avatar.
Calls and call media
Calls are routed through your service provider to the intended destination. Call media might be processed at the service provider to convert it to a format suitable for the destination. When using some services (eg. call center), your calls might be recorded as configured in the service.
Messages, shared images and files
Messages, images and other files you send to your chat parties are stored by your service provider, so that they can be forwarded to the devices of your selected recipients when they become available.
Your personal contacts
You can choose to make your personal contacts available in the application to be available for making calls. The contacts are not shared with the service provider: they are only available for you in the application.
Your phone state
You can choose make your phone state available for the application. It will be only used to change your presence state to on-the-phone while you are in a phone calls.
Sending reports
If you send problem reports through the application, the data is forwarded to the support personnel of your service provider.
